ArcGIS Online · REST API · runs entirely in your browser
Source → Target content transfer
Sign in to both ArcGIS Online accounts, scan the source account's content, choose what to move, and copy it item by item — folders included.
Before you start: credentials are sent only to ArcGIS Online (arcgis.com) to generate access tokens — nothing is stored or sent anywhere else. Large files (over ~100 MB) are read into browser memory and may fail or stall; this tool flags them and lets you skip. Keep this tab open and your computer awake during the copy — closing the tab or letting it sleep will interrupt the transfer. Sessions last 2 hours; very large libraries may need more than one pass. Hosted feature layers are deep-copied: each one is exported to a File Geodatabase, downloaded, uploaded to the target, and republished as a brand-new hosted service — the data itself moves, not just a pointer. Expect a few minutes per layer. Maps and apps copied afterward are automatically re-pointed at the new services. Hosted tile/vector tile/scene services can't carry their caches through this API and fall back to a reference with a warning.
