You are the new planning director. Over five rounds, house 10,000 new residents and create 3,000 jobs without paving over the countryside, and without pushing pollution onto the neighborhoods least able to fight it. The map shows real EPA contaminated-site records and real Census poverty rates, so every site you choose has a real story.
You can pan anywhere once the map opens and use Set downtown here in the layer menu to play in another city.

Distance to downtown comes from the downtown pin (3 km and 10 km rings). A site within 300 m of an EPA record counts as a brownfield and adds cleanup cost. The poverty rate comes from the Census tract you clicked in. Whether land is developed is your call from the imagery, so look carefully.
